The Process
- Getting an Estimate:
To save time and ensure our professionals can address your needs, we recommend scheduling an appointment for your estimate. You can also get a quick, five-minute virtual estimate here before scheduling an appointment.
Once we receive your authorization on the initial estimate, we will take a comprehensive look and provide a more thorough one. If you are leaving your vehicle for repair, we will arrange a rental car for you. - Tow-ins:
If your car isn’t driveable, our team will arrange a tow and rental car if needed. We will then assess the damage and advise you on the next steps to take if your vehicle is deemed a total loss. - Disassembly of the Vehicle:
We remove necessary parts to identify the full extent of the damage, including hidden damage that may impact adjacent parts. - Painting the Vehicle:
After all body and mechanical work is completed, we refinish the surface of your vehicle, ensuring the paint looks as good as it did before. - Delivery:
We will walk you through the repair and make sure you are completely satisfied with the results. Our number one goal is restoring your vehicle to pre-accident condition.

Literally went above and beyond repairing our Tundra. Even fixed the headlamp bulb and fuse on the driver side. Great ppl staff and very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Let me tell you about customer service! Austin and his team were fantastic. I had a problem with my car and they helped me get it fixed and wouldn’t even let me pay.You don’t find people like that very often in the world anymore and so if you have anything wrong with your car, I would say bring it down here and I know for sure if we do …..we will be back down Here to have them work on our vehicle . What a blessing to run in to this caliber of people.😁

I have had minor bumper crash into my garage for my Mercedez. My insurance gave me option to go to their preferred shop - the mass managed - Caliber in Indian Land. They always say well insurance says you must bring car on mondays or not later than wednesday blah blah - when I am paying through my insurance why they side with insurance?They even scheduled for Friday and I was 30 min late and they were like sorry we cannot accept etc.Luckily I already spoke with Austin earlier and got his opinion on how to get this fixed.I called up Austin and see if he can fix mine instead of giving to stupid Caliber.He was so nice and said yes I can bring any time that works for me. The way shops used to do business with customers.Luckily parts were also available and they did wonderful job to fix mine within 10 days - way faster than anyone else.They did amazing quality work and I recommend to go your choice - such as iNetwork - dont fall in trap of Insurance nonsense.
