on behalf of the customer to handle the claim process.

Insurance Claims Services

  1. Initial estimate:
    The body shop will provide an initial estimate of the repair costs to the insurance company, including parts, labor, and any necessary additional repairs.
  2. Approval of estimate:
    The insurance company will review the estimate and may send an adjuster to inspect the vehicle and confirm the estimate.
  3. Negotiation and agreement:
    The body shop and the insurance company may negotiate the repair estimate, and once an agreement is reached, the insurance company will issue payment for the repairs.
  4. Repair work:
    The body shop will complete the necessary repairs, following OEM procedures and guidelines, and will provide the insurance company with a final invoice.
  5. Final settlement:
    The insurance company will review the final invoice and issue a final settlement payment to the body shop, and any remaining balance due will be paid by the customer.

Insurance claim services help streamline the process of repairing vehicles after an accident and provide customers with peace of mind knowing that their repair costs are covered by their insurance policy. By working with insurance companies, body shops can help ensure that repairs are completed according to OEM procedures and guidelines, and that the safety and structural integrity of the vehicle are not compromised.

Let me tell you about customer service! Austin and his team were fantastic. I had a problem with my car and they helped me get it fixed and wouldn’t even let me pay.You don’t find people like that very often in the world anymore and so if you have anything wrong with your car, I would say bring it down here and I know for sure if we do …..we will be back down Here to have them work on our vehicle . I have had minor bumper crash into my garage for my Mercedez. My insurance gave me option to go to their preferred shop - the mass managed - Caliber in Indian Land. They always say well insurance says you must bring car on mondays or not later than wednesday blah blah - when I am paying through my insurance why they side with insurance?They even scheduled for Friday and I was 30 min late and they were like sorry we cannot accept etc.Luckily I already spoke with Austin earlier and got his opinion on how to get this fixed.I called up Austin and see if he can fix mine instead of giving to stupid Caliber.He was so nice and said yes I can bring any time that works for me. The way shops used to do business with customers.Luckily parts were also available and they did wonderful job to fix mine within 10 days - way faster than anyone else.They did amazing quality work and I recommend to go your choice - such as iNetwork - dont fall in trap of Insurance nonsense.
