Let me tell you about customer service! Austin and his team were fantastic. I had a problem with my car and they helped me get it fixed and wouldn’t even let me pay.You don’t find people like that very often in the world anymore and so if you have anything wrong with your car, I would say bring it down here and I know for sure if we do …..we will be back down Here to have them work on our vehicle . I experienced a very sudden flat tire when I was driving to Waxhaw from Lake Wylie. I do not know the area at all but was lucky enough to see iNetwork Auto Collision close down the road. I pulled in and several gentlemen immediately stopped what they were doing and changed the tire with my spare. They were kind and professional. And, when I asked what I owed they graciously declined any payment. It was beyond outstanding customer service. I'm not sure what I would have done without their help. Highly recommend them!
